Jeremy was great! He is knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. He discussed our options for clearing a bathroom sink drain (pipes circa 1950) and got it done in just a few minutes with a reasonably priced chemical cleaning that would not risk damage to our old pipes. We were grateful to him because another company quoted us over $2,300 to clear the drain using a method that would have likely damaged the pipes and, if so, would have required major work.

Jeremy and his co-worker (sorry I'm really bad with names) did a great job. They were on time. Removed the old water tank and installed the new one in a couple of hours. He ensured we had the hot water the correct temperature and was the temperature requested at each faucet. Great work while working in brutal temps!

This company was very professional. They were able to help with an estimate over the phone and schedule me that same day for service. They were great at keeping me updated with time frames by text message. He was able to take my credit card payment right there when all the work was finished. The only complaint I have was the added 3% for using a credit card. In my opinion, that's passing their operational cost on to me so they can offer credit card as an option. But that's just my personal opinion about running a business. They are still a great service provider that I will be calling again.

I called Jeremy after reading reviews on Yelp. I needed some bathroom work done. He came out the next day. We discussed options and then he gave me reasonable solutions until I was ready to spend the big money on a bathroom remodel. The options worked out great for me and the budget. He is very informative and down to earth. He came with one of his other techs also named Jeremy and they knocked out the bathroom plumbing conversion in a matter of hours. I am very impressed with his work. He does not nickel and dime you. He is honest about what can and cannot be done. His card is permanently affixed to the refrigerator in case of any other plumbing needs. Thanks, Jeremy! Thanks to your tech Jeremy as well! His customers are definitely a priority and his communication is great. I recommend Plumbing Buddies for any plumbing needs.
