Great service. We had a plumbing emergency when our hot water tank broke down. We were hesitant to use the same service we had used before, so we called Plumbing Buddies instead. I called Plumbing Buddies with an emergency situation on a Saturday afternoon; I had a broken water filter on the outside of my house and water was literally flooding the yard. First of all, they answered the phone while on another job, when no other company I called had. Then, the owner, Jeremy, gave me verbal instructions and sent a technician I called, another Jeremy, as soon as possible, which was 30ish minutes. He went straight to work, diagnosing my problem in minutes. He explained it to me in layman terms I could understand. He gave me options I could afford. He then left, got the parts he needed, came back in 20 minutes, and finished the job. He was fast, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve never needed a plumber in Covina before, and I’m so grateful I found this company. I’ll never call anyone else for all my plumbing needs.

Don't look further. I had two bathrooms backup on a Sunday. They came out and were able to fix one shower and both commodes. Due to my travel over the holidays, they came back when it was a good time for me. The total charge was just $150. They explained what they were doing and were very sensitive to not tracking water all over the rooms. I can't say enough good about them. Jeremy and 'the other Jeremy' were great.
