Jeremy was great! He is knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. He discussed our options for clearing a bathroom sink drain (pipes circa 1950) and got it done in just a few minutes with a reasonably priced chemical cleaning that would not risk damage to our old pipes. We were grateful to him because another company quoted us over $2,300 to clear the drain using a method that would have likely damaged the pipes and, if so, would have required major work.
