Jeremy was so helpful! I started off with a gas leak and figured I would have him fix several other water leaks and fixture issues inside and outside as well. Jeremy explained everything, discussed options and pricing right up front. He gave written estimates for everything and stuck to them! I have oil-rubbed bronze fixtures throughout, which are not easy to get these days. So he had to get/order parts. And made several trips to address everything. Each time an appointment was scheduled, and I received updates when he was on his way. This was great! He is very professional and prompt. He resolved all my issues. They began the repiping under the house with ABS drain lines, finished in one day, and the 68-year-old cast-iron pipes are now gone. The new black ABS drain pipe should last for a long time.
